13. Do I need to pay my estimated taxes?

We project your upcoming year’s estimated taxes based upon your past return and/or next year’s estimated income & expenses, either provided by you or by reasonable adjustments and estimates of our staff.

If you are aware of any significant changes in your next year’s income and expenses, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide you with updated estimated tax payments, as needed.

We will contact you when your return is completed and ready for pickup or will be delivered.  Calling our office for the status of your return will not expediate the completion of your return.

If you need to request an expedited return, then please contact our office to obtain information on our expedited tax return processing fee.

23. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and checks.

25. Can I call or email with questions anytime?

Yes! We’re here year-round, not just during tax season. Reach out via phone or email—response times are usually within 1 to 3 business days.
